Hotline is
a collaborative piece, where two people are
connected to each other sonically through out telephones for
one month. It is the blending of these two intimate spaces of
bodies and environments, for 30
days straight. It will pushes two people into a very tight space to
share, despite being physically apart- testing personal
levels of endurance and co-inhabitance. It is between going,
and being somewhere. It renders a relationship to another
place, but it never permanently places it within that
environment. It is the simultaneity of distance and intimacy.
It is a performative exploration of the transgressing of
spaces, which by default, yields another space that would not
otherwise exist.
